Default Time Flies........................................

When your having so much fun- I guess. Just realized that my S2000 is 8 years old next month. Can it really be? It seems like yesterday when I first got it! I truly believe that the car has provided me with the most fun of any toy I've ever owned. Every Spring we start anew with excitement!

Same here, about the best toy ever! I bought the NSX and it is fun and fast but the S2000 is my top toy. I just had the shocks replaced (Bilstein PSS-9 coilovers), since I have 84,700 miles on it and I'm really hoping when I get the corner balancing alignment done next week, it will be like a new toy. Right now it's rough and bouncy.

Wow Patricia- you've really done some traveling! It's such a perfect package for the price. Honda should never have discontinued it. Should have just tweaked it with updates and kept building it.

My new (to me) Rio is still in the body shop getting its issues sorted out - but I feel the same way as you all! I went to visit her in the shop right at closing time. The owner has done enough work for me over the years that he allowed me into the back of the shop, and I gave her a good eyeballing. Can't WAIT until she's home and it is driving time!

Shop has done an AMAZING job - the car looks almost brand-new on the outside, now, to matchh er darned near new-looking interior. Fluid changes, and some tires, and I'm past ready for some serious twisties.

These cars get in your blood. I really thought I was done after selling my '08. After two months, my wife, bless her heart, told me to go find another one; she was tired of me moping around.

Patricia, I will be interested to hear how you like that set of coil-overs; I will be needing to replace mine before too long.

Right now I hate them! The alignment guy (Darin at West End) I am waiting two weeks to get in to see, does magic with cars so I'm hoping he makes me love my Suzuka baby, again. When I bought the '05, after having the '01 Silverstone, I thought I'd made a big mistake. I was never comfortable driving the '05. I finally took it to Darin, and he made it handle like an S should. The factory alignment was way off, making the front end feel like it was pulling in two directions on turns. I was only sorry I hadn't gone to see him before I'd owned the car for a year. He was also the one who I went to to align my '01 when it was making bald rear tires in 5,000 miles. He fixed that problem too.
