Vito and went bowling yesterday for the first time since COVID. We found a couple of sore muscles that apparently are only used in bowling. Will probably walk later today. Sunny but I hate the humidity. Will take awhile to come down after all the rain.

Same here when it comes to humidity! We both exercised this AM, this afternoon we took a ride to RI and strolled around a small village.

I just ordered a Fitbit Inspire 3 Fitness Tracker from Walmart. I like data. I also ordered a
Vive Knee Ice Pack Wrap. Vive Knee Ice Pack Wrap.
It got great reviews and I'll need it. It's currently 86 and too toasty for a walk. I may go take the BMW to the spray it yourself car wash.

^9-28-2024. Toasty at 86*.

Our weather improved today Better than expected. I have the fitbit Charge 6. I like the gadget and seeing what I've done for the day.

Add a little "Awe" to your walk. Enjoy it even more, reduce stress and anxiety. I think I tend to do this when I take my camera on my walks. Have to look around!
Awe walk
