Default Today is the Day!

I'm pretty physched, with the warm weather coming up and myself being on vacation I decided to get the S back on the road early this year this will be the earlieast I have had her out of storage in the three years I've owned her. I'm heading out this morning and immediately headed to the tire store for my annual pre-season rear tires and then tommorrow she's going in for service and then after that I'm going to and then the wheels off!! Woo Hoo!!!!!

As our Lainey said, enjoy your car. She's going to look like new money by the time you get through with her. It doesn't take much to make us happy, does it?

Have fun, Robb.

Time driving the S is the best way to spend vacation time. If she gets dirty from the salt/sand on the road, give her a bath.

They are still predicting high 50's here on Friday. We'll be out in ours after work. Still thinking about leaving early on Friday!

A little soon here. We haven't had enough rain to get rid of the salt yet. I'm hoping we'll get the needed rain this week.

Yay! A sure sign of the spring. S's coming out of hibernation!

I'm bringing my wife's 3000GT out on Friday. I've scheduled in a PDR technician to take care of some minor door dings that have always bothered her.

It's a great time of year when the cars come out of storage. My wife says she feels like she gets a new car every year.

Enjoy that car!

Levi I say pre season tires because every year when I take my S out of storage the first thing I have to do is buy new rear tires for it! I only got 6200 miles out of my last set which is less than usual so I took a good look at them and noticed that they were worn in the middle which generally means that they were overinflated. Today after getting my new rear tires I checked the pressure when I got home and sure enough they were close to 40lbs. On my doorjamb it states that my tires should be at 32 psi all around so I am going to correct the problem and if I'm still happy with how the car handles with the tires at 32psi then I will keep them there and then hopefully get more mileage out of them.
