Jonas, I know it is really early to ask but have you decided on the dates for the Tomcatt. We have to book our dog sitter and she gets really busy. I remember there was a plan to always have it on Father's Day weekend and then last year it was changed and I think we all liked the change.

 

I heard it was going to be the week after again this year but I could have totally misunderstood. He was talking about it yesterday at lunch with the group.

 

Yes, I was going to start a thread over the weekend, but I decided to hold off a few days.

For those who need to pencil in the date, the Tomcatt this year will be June 21 - 23, the week after Father's Day.

It's not so much that it worked well last year (some came that wouldn't have, but also some dropped out that preferred Father's Day) but that the weekend of the 16th is an important Lithuanian commemoration which means that Virginija needs to be in town to sing. This commemoration usually occurs the weekend before Father's Day, but Father's day is early this year.

Lol. Gene my reputation is well earned. It's really hard making these events being a full time single dad though. This year the timing may be good. It would be cool to have you in the rear view mirror again
