Can't think of my top 10 at the moment, but I truly love the following several:

Coldplay's Viva La Vida

Muse: Black Holes and Revelations

Fleetwood Mac's Greatest Hits

Bob Seger's Greatest Hits

I can't remember album names. I put music on my iPod and never look at the CD again.

To keep it managable I will confine my list to rock albums.

Off the top of my head, in no particular order...

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Beatles - Abby Road
The Who - Who's Next
Greatful Dead - Blues for Allah
Led Zeplin - II
Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet
Yes - Fragile
The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
Traffic - Low Spark of High Heeled Boys
Derek and the Dominos - Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs

and one to grow on: Steely Dan - Aja

But it's mighty hard to leave the likes of U2, Jethro Tull, The Clash, Janice Joplin, Queen, Michael Jackson, Supertramp, Alan Parsons, Deep Purple, ZZ Top, Little Feat, The Doobie Brothers, Chicago, Elton John, Carol King, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Presidents of the United States, The Cars, Van Morrison, Nilson, Dire Straits, Cheap Trick, Meatloaf, etc etc etc. Not to mention that guy Dean is so fond of.

Forgot that one. That album has the Layla that I like.

I might also swap in Hot Rocks - Rolling Stones

So many that you could put up, it's just hard to cut it down.

Swing Out Sister-It's better to travel
Nirvana-Nevermind
Clapton-461 Ocean Boulevard
Yes-Close to the Edge
Tull-Thick as a Brick (thanks bolt, almost forgot it)

Abbey Road, Nevermind the Bullocks, Graceland, Abraxas, and so on.
This is tough.....
