Hey!!! I just saw this part of the thread title "Top down tomorrow - who's in? flts, dean, rmurphy etc. don't count" So not fair. LOL!

In the mobile app version (tapatalk) of the site, the secondary subject line doesn't show, so I never got to see that bit until I glanced at the thread on my PC. Ha! Of course the mobile app doesn't show signature lines or other personal details (occupation, interests, blah blah) either. Different experience on the mobile. But without it, I wouldn't get as many opps to participate, so I'm not complaining.

^^ We took a brief top-down yesterday in the lovely 64 deg sunshine. Felt good. It'll be almost 70 today and may go for it again today. Ahhh, sunshine!! Bring it.

I'm sure you must be miserable driving around LA with the top down in February so I edited the title.

Dense fog and 34 degrees this morning. F@ck it - I drove the Ford.

I don't even know why I look in this thread. Top down ain't happening anytime soon. 4-8+ inches of snow expected.

You top down folks have fun though.

I drove the S yesterday but it was very foggy and cold so no top down. Today is warmer with some sun so I'll probably drive it tonight to an appt. Top down just for the heck of it, on the way home.

LOL! No worries. I was just giving you grief. I do not complain about weather in SoCal much. I only complain when it's been gorgeous most of the month and then decides to rain down buckets on the weekend we have our monthly scheduled drive. Then I whine and moan like a 2 year old who has missed her nap.

*yawn* Is it nap time yet?

Took a realllllly nice topdown drive today. Doesn't compare with the drives in the S since we're cruising along like nice little old codgers in a volvo, but it was nice anyway. Drove down Sandy Island Rd and giggled at seeing the "School Boat" to take the little kiddies to their island home totally isolated from society. Sometime we hope we can tour the island but the tour boat wasn't being operated today, nor has it been in service any of the half dozen other times we've gone down. It was a nice drive though and we did see a fox squirrel. Yay.

Like you would have a reason to. What was the temperature spread in LA today?

And how does a UGA grad end up in LA anyway?

On the west side, high: 61 low: 47. Mostly sunny today. Pleasant. Can't complain.

Well, there's a few options, but generally it's I-20 West until just beyond Pecos, Texas, where it merges with 1-10 West and eventually one hits Santa Monica. ;-) Nice drive. I did that in a Datsun 310 2 door hatchback.

A more interesting question would be to ask how a NJ native ends up at UGA.
