Is there any chance of after shocks, etc. reaching there from Haiti?
I wouldn't be concerned in the least. Port au Prince to San Juan is over 400 miles. Even Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic which is on the same island is over 150 miles away.

Hope it's warm for your cruise. We just got back from our Bahamas cruise. NO swimming, NO hot tub. Only day above 70°F was the day we were coming back.

Going to Naples, Fla. for 3 1/2 weeks in March. Hope it warms up by then.

If you stop at Grand Cayman, skip Georgetown and go sit on 7 mile beach. It's my favorite beach, over Hawaii and Cancun, and a dozen other beaches I've spent time at.

Lucky you. I was just telling Mrs. GM3 last week that I really could use a REAL vacation. Not just some time off, but some time away to forget about it all. It has been since the summer of 2006 when we spent three weeks on Maui since we have had a real vacation.
