Default Veterans Day

Please remember and thank our veterans who served that we may enjoy our freedom. God Bless them all.

Yes, especially those who saw combat.

That excludes me but we also served who only stood and waited...for the punch card sorter to finish.

Amazon Prime is no longer giving Vet's a discount.

I do apologize you had to experience this, we don't want our valued customer to have these kinds of experiences at all. Amazon will not be pursuing a Prime Military or Veteran discount offer this year, given this was a limited-time promotion offered November 6-11, 2019. Nevertheless, you can refer to the many other initiatives across Amazon that aim to support veteran and active duty members at www.amazon.com/military.

What a crock. As if Amazon couldn't afford to continue this while making multi billions of dollars in profit. Same with Home Depot who only offer it on holiday. That is why I shop Lowes. Military discounts every day of the year. Neither of them would be in business without the sacrifices of our vets.

^ Same here, I give Lowes my business and only use Home Depot if it is impossible to get an item somewhere else.

Home Depot gives 10% discount for military but only at the store. If you try to order something online, they do not give 10% discount as they are not able to verify at this time. Perhaps that will change in the future.
