Matt,

You're probably right. Patty's plate would win hands down. Good thing its going to be in California and out of the competition.
Rob,

Where is it stated that the plate must be on the car?

There really is. Its listed in the NorEaster forum in a thread titled Awards, Awards, Awards. Your plate should win easily.

It isn't stated anywhere, and I didn't say it was, I only said that I thought she'd be leaving it in California on the car.

OK, we did a pre-run today of the wine/scenic drive for next week. Here's a preview of one winery one the drive.

You pay $5.00, and sample 9 (SMALL samples) of wine, and you keep the glass.

Thanks, Rob. I'll look for it. My plate really is pretty darn good. I think everyone here feels the same way as my plate.

I need to know what I will be eating on Friday. Glenn has me working the check in table, and I'm not sure how much time he will allow me for a dinner break. I heard he's a tough guy to work for.

So, since I don't want to starve to death, maybe I should ask that everyone bring ME something to eat while I work the reception table at the Nor'Easter. My disclaimer, there is NOTHING in it for you. You're already going to get a goodie bag and Tshirt, I can't give you any extra stuff.

Ruined 2 is bringing me chocolate chip cookies. He OWES me some.
Dex is bringing cheesecake for Glenn/g-s2k and Glenn WILL be sharing even if he doesn't want to.

There will be appetizers at the reception at 5 and 7, but I'm not sure how many I can take off the tray at once and still be considered polite.

So far my planned food intake consists of sugar and diet Coke.

Now there is a Ground Round restaurant right at the hotel, but if you all have better offerings, I'm listening.

So what can you bring me? Please no anchovies and no caviar.

This is ALL in good fun, so tell me what you can SAFELY pack in your S without giving me food poisoning. You don't really HAVE to bring anything.

Don't you worry your pretty little head one bit, Lainey. Your granny's got you covered. You just name it and it's yours. I look after the folks I volunteer for office.
