Can't wait to see everyone. We'll be at the hotel tonight getting stuff ready, so not sure how much online time I'll have after 5:00 today.

Safe trip to all. Weather looks great. Temps actually going to be a bit cool for August, but that's our New England weather!

Okay, update. We're leaving in about 30 min. We're waiting for the peasoup fog to lift since we have to drive over about 30 or so miles of twisty mountains to get to the interstate. Its looking a little better, so I'm optimistic. We have about 435 miles to get to Rob's area. Looking forward to getting there. Be safe, guys 'n gals.

I just used www.mapquest.com with beta version on multi-stop program. It worked great....129 miles on part 1 to Milford PA (above the Del Water Gap scenic area) and 186 miles on part 2 (I-84 and CT roads...avoiding all but the last 22 miles on I-95 )

Now planning to leave around 10 am on Friday....lunch stop for an hour in Milford at Dimmick's Inn....should get us to the hotel ~4:30 pm

Groton-New London Airport? It's for the little puddle-jumpers.

Oh, so New Haven would be the closest regular airport?

Green Airport in Providence, RI would be the best choice for this area. What time should I pick you up there?
