Because my spam mail has now switched from porn offerings to medication drugs.

Got over 118 junk mails today of which 80% were for drugs, 10% romance "wanna get laid tonight? Cheat on your wife..." types, 5% "enlargement" products and the other 5% were probably viruses.

These solicitors really have a finger on America's pulse.

Care to prove it?

I'm sure I'll have some "breast enhancement" offers by the end of the day. If it's a good deal I'll forward it to you.

I subscribe to three auto websites, a number of IT and Accounting web sites and a few others (news, weather, etc). I am sure that all of them have sold e-mail lists. I get about 30 to 40 spam e-mails at home and about 20 at work every day. I receive everything from "penis patch" to "breast enhancement" to "Canadian Medications" to "Lonesome wives who love to......". I get a big cross section.

The big problem is that it is often hard to distinguish which e-mails are real and which are spam without opening them. That pretty much limits my ability to do a mass delete.

I have advised my clients, family and friends to put their names or something that I will recognize easily in the subject line or their e-mail might be deleted without being read.

I wish someone would come up with a real good solution to this problem.

Does that mean those spam filters don't work?

Nice to see you free, Ralper.
