So, Jerry...How you doing four days later?
Well, the knee is a little tight and a little tender.
I have to remember t take my ibuprofen so it doesn't swell.
I at that awkward stage where the knee is supporting my weight if not entirely comfortable doing it.
I'm not quite ready to toss the crutches yet.
I work at a very large facility and I'm a little reluctant to figure when I'm way on the other side of the building that I really should have brought my crutches.
Of course the flip side is I really probably shouldn't be trucking that far anyways.
It takes frickin' forever to get anywhere.

but at the end of the day I am in substantially less pain ( almost pain free) than I was a week ago at this time.
Glad to read this! Keep up the good work.

Substantially less pain sounds like a more than adequate compensation for reduced mobility. Hang in there and please keep us posted now and then on your progress.

Her tail is perfectly aligned to inflict maximum impact on both incision points.
I suppose it's good that they cropped her tail in that respect because I can't think of another valid reason to do it.
but she's more fond of just leaning into me.
"We" have some learning to do on how to behave when we are on the leash as well.
There is a good chance she fell off the short yellow bus.
The good ( bad?) news is I outweigh her by a good hundred pounds. so she doesn't pull me over.

it's also still a little hard to get on my elbows and knees and play with her.

actually laughing at a dog is.
of course anybody who was watching this afternoon would have had a laugh.
gimpy was walking the dog before taking her to the vet.
then this bunny popped out of the bushes and shot across the yard.
Brooklyn has a stuffed bunny toy.
Apparently she likes the real ones better or at least wants to play with one.

I'm not sure that strength training was on the therapy plan just yet.
