Are you going to put that in a "work out" video on how you maintain your diminutive shape?

Matt, I love junk food, but the choices I listed are not my daily fare.
Mike, I'm a tad over 16 and maybe I should be more mature in my selections. However in all honesty, fancy meals/food doesn't mean much to me. Popcorn can make a fine dinner. Rick however does not agree; and, thanks to him, popcorn is rarely on the dinner menu.

I have given this some more thought.
I have come to two conclusions: There has to be two answers. Of course it depends on one's definition of the word "perfect". This breaks down into two categories as far as I can tell.
One's favorite food regardless of nutritional content or perfect as in healthy.
So with that stated my first choice for the last day of my life (if I knew when that was) may very well consist of this:
For breakfast: A trio of a take off on Egg's Benedict. One traditional one, one with a crab cake (AKA: Eggs Chesapeake) and the third with a mini Filet Mignon. Bloody Mary's. Followed by some black coffee.
For lunch: A Bacon Cheeseburger medium rare with a serving of Onion rings. Or several slices of NY style pizza with extra cheese, peperoni and mushroom.
For dinner: Start with several Bombay Sapphire Martini's up with olives. A great salad bar that includes caviar and capers. Followed by Surf n Turf (Filet Migon and a 1.5 pound lobster). Washed down with a fine wine. Then some 150 year old Grand Mariner for dessert.
On the other hand:
Fresh fruit with V-8 for breakfast
Salad bar for lunch
Salmon (not over cooked as most people do) with a garden salad with water.
Some how the latter does not seem as satisfying
