Boca being Boca, we probably don't really want to know.
I suppose you're right. My plan was to raze the property, put in a two story double-wide with a liquor store on the bottom and living quarters in the top. Then possibly expand with a bait shop and massage parlor. Probably wouldn't fit in.

Well, it is on a corner lot, so there'd be lots of parking...

Dean -

Didn't you mention something about starting up a business?

Sounds like heaven to me and I know the perfect spot. You could put it in next to F. Lee Bailey's house in Manalapan so you could be right on the beach.

Hey, you don't need to know Geosciences -- they'll be looking for a new suit for the administration building, and you can pick your own department. Plus, we haven't been in the house long enough to be able to take the exemption on profit, so it'll be quite reasonable.

Of course, 30-year-old houses in this area (close in, but not in the city with its higher taxes) start at about $300 per square foot...

How far the mighty have fallen. A suit in the Bio. Dept. consisted of a tank top, cutoffs, and flipflops - all in varying states of decay. We didn't have a casual Friday, we had Clean Tuesday.

$300/sq. ft. isn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Yep, and it would fit right in around Boca. I'm thinking of getting back into custom aquaria and aquarium system design. I used to do it on the side ten or fifteen years ago.

Somehow, I have a hard time picturing Dean wearing a suit to work. Or at any other time, actually.

I haven't worn a suit since wearing my dress uniform when I was in the service.

Rick is not a suit/tie guy. He swears he was killed by hanging in a previous life as he says neckties choke him.

He bought a black suit a few years ago when our Dad's passed away. It got a bit too much use in one year. He's put it away and I hope not to see him in it for a good long while.

I bought Andy a tie once and he made me take it back. He's a Levi's shorts and T-shirt guy. Period.
