I have used mine three times, Fall Colors 02, Fall Colors 03, Fall Colors 04.
Any more Fall Colors and I might have to replace them with those Burtmann ones.

Jim, that must be a TX thing; here in MI you feel your doing good if you find a station that has water and squeegee that isn't torn up.

No, G-Rod, they are relatively easy to install. They slide into the OEM wiper frames and replace the worn rubber parts. The new parts should come with instructions.
Thanks Jim. I'm thinking of ordering the PIAA ones. RainX saved me when it started raining on the way to Gettysburg. I hadn't used or checked the blades before the trip so I had no idea the rubber was slipping from the holder. When I heard the metal starting to scrape the windshield, I panicked and wasn't about to scratch it so I rode through the downpour with the wipers off. My speed kept those beads moving pretty fast so I could see. What I can't figure out is how that happened since I've only used them about 5 times.

I use OEM wipers and Rain-X Window Washer Fluid and Rain-X Window Treatment.
I use Rain-X Windshileld washer fluid. It applies Rain-X as you use it. Today on our drive on North bound I-95 at speed I used my wipers on their slowest intermittent setting (I-30 Infiniti) in a fairly heavy rain. This product works as advertised.

Doesn't rain much around here in the winter. December is one of the driest months of the year. I do use Rain-X when I think of it. While I was in Oregon the windshield got that treatment. Rain-X wears off after a month or so, so you need to reapply every few weeks.

That's why I like these Piaa blades... You never need to use rainx again, the silcone is built into the blades and the more you use them - the more it coats the windshield: )
