I along with my biz partner have owned a candy and snack food company for the past 14 years together. We are your typical small biz employing 4 people currently. Here are some pics. Our warehouse is 10k sq feet and also pictured are some pics of our company vehicles we own, 3 vans 1 mini van my Protege 5 and my partners Millenia (not pictured)

Seriously, do you have to keep the candy in a refrigerated space....or just normal office temp/ RH%???

^^ yes it is in a cool room kept at 70 and low humidity. BTW did you notice the truss roof (being an architect I'm sure you did), the building is approx 80 years old.

Charlie,

I applaude you for keeping a small business going successfully these days. It must be tough to compete with the big guys (Sam's, Frito-Lay, etc.). You obviously offer one thing those guys can't: personal service.

Who's T and who's K?

PS: How about some Potato Chip samples?
