Radar love Golden earring. I dated my wife for four years while she went to college 232.4 miles away...
Funny...Radar Love was likely enough to get me into trouble on the road. I will definitely avoid La Gazza Ladra.

So appropriate that Here Comes the Sun would be one of your songs, tof. You're always so bright and witty (or is it nit-witty)? Hmm, I'll have to give that one some thought. Here Comes the Sun

Gee, thanks, Val. That is a nice arrangement. I found several youtube videos of George doing the song and now regret even more never getting to one of his solo concerts. But all in all I still favor the version on Abby Road.

There are a number of songs that I like a lot, picking one is tough, but if I had pick one it would be Change the World. This has been done by a number of artists, but I like the Clapton version best.

I actually like a lot of the more current music, this is my favorite from my current playlists:
Titanium This woman has an amazing voice.

Brings back memories of college.
I was working as a security guard from midnight Friday to noon Saturday.
i used to drive the local radio station nuts every weekend to play this at dawn.
It might the night was over and i was on the home stretch.

Amazing how one song can revive dormant memories. For better or worse.

I really enjoy a lot of the more current music as well, Zippy. Both of the songs you posted are great. I LOVE Clapton's Change the World. Good stuff.

I do find myself listening to a fair bit of alt and a bit more of EDM.

^^ I listen to a lot of alt and current hit tunes as well. Sometimes I just want something a little different. I really enjoy Mumford & Sons and Imagine Dragons as well as several others. I can't help but notice some of the newer top music groups have a sound not unlike the older music from "my time."
