Surprise, its not about a Miata.

I had Zoom installed on my Mac previously but could not get the Zoom software updates. There was an online tip to solve that by uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. I installed Zoom again and selected the appropriate link for the Apple Silicon since I have the m1 chip. I am using the latest Ventura 13.3 software. Every time I try to install the new Zoom it fails. I even turned off my virus protection. Still it fails. I posted the issue on the Zoom site but have not received a single suggestion after 100 looks. So, why not try here. PS the site only give personal support if you are a business (nice).

 

I've had various issues with zoom on Windows platforms. Now I use Skype. I like the interface better and there is no time limit on free sessions.

Sorry I can't actually help with your Zoom issue. I don't have zoom installed any more and I don't live in the Apple ecosystem.

I have only used Zoom for meetings the top MG mechanic in the US holds monthly. Gets 200+ people worldwide. I already know most of the answers but I always learn something. Events last 2+ hours.

I have read that Zoom had some security issues which they have tried to patch a couple times.

 

Would that MG mechanic be John Twist?

 

I need me son to tweak all the crazy Zoom settings. To be sure all is cool, before meetings. :thumbsup:

I have a PC running Win10. We will do a test meeting before the real meeting. I noticed that Zoom is constantly patching the software. Like once or twice a month. I guess they haven't gotten all the kinks out.
