Hi

My car was detailed last weekend and already there are water spots, bird poop, etc. on the car (unfortunately I park outside at my house and it's on the road 2 hours a day).

I want to wash it to get all stains, etc. off, but still keep the shiney hotness. Any suggestions?

to get the stains off you will probably have to remove the wax/ synthetic...
if they (stains) sit, they will etch your clear coat- so its a good idea to get them off immediately.

the key to these problems is getting them off the paint immediately when they occur. i carry a detailers spray and microfiber towel in my trunk for this purpose.

the solution is to prevent them to the extent possible- i use a car cover for this purpose.
