Default 303 on interior

So, I got my 303 and will be doing the roof tomorrow, but I noticed it says you can use it on your interior too.

Does anyone have any experience of this ? Is it a real no no ?

I have posted this in the UK forum, but nobody seems to know, so hopefully one of you guys on the other side of the pond can help out.

Cheers, LTB.

It is ok. I have used it (on purpose) for the vinyl parts of the interior a number of times.

i'm actually very partial to vinlyx and lexol for the interior. i refuse to use anything else after 2 cleanings using this stuff.

and if you don't have anywhere you can get your hands on it, head here: www.sportscarcare.com it seems most of the honest-to-god good cleaning supplies to use on your car are the hardest to find, but there all at the site above.

LTB you may want to consider how much shine you like on the interior bits.

303 has a higher gloss on the vinyl than I can stand for interior use.

i also prefer vinylex and lexol...
but do use 303 sometimes-
you can control the gloss to some extent- a light application and removal will make less gloss than more coats with more product.
be sure to do a good removal on the top- i apply (spray on a rag and apply) to the top and let it sit while i detail the car, then buff twice- with two separate rags. this keeps the product from getting washed onto the car if it gets wet.

Cheers.

well, i don't know what american chains you have over there, but the only local place i've seen vinlyx has been ace hardware.

303 is ok for the top and the vinyl, but not for leather...it can cause premature wear.

I apply 303 with a pad and then lightly wipe with an MF towel. It leaves a nice matte finish.
