I was driving home from work on Friday and some idiot decided to get off the freeway last minute (nothing really new here in California) and kicked up a tire tread onto the freeway. The car in front of me hit it and it went tumbling, traffic was moving at around 70-75 mph and I had no where to go. Since the S2K is small, I was able to move to the left of my lane but not enought to get out of the way. I hit it on the passenger side. When I got home, I noticed this black streak going from the radiator opening to the side of the car. The 3M Clear Bra did not get damaged and the black stuff wiped off with some polishing compound. I think it just paid for part of the clear bra because of I did not have it, it would have damaged some paint.

i do not have a clear bra on my car... and the only time i was hit was by a soccer ball that was kicked high and landed on my fender as i was driving down the street- i had slowed down and tried to get away, but there was too much traffic. it hit the car, and i was able to polish out the mess it made.
