Default 6 coats of Z2?

I'm figuring Shizon will know the answer to this.

I know the recommended limit to coats with Zaino is 5, what happens if you go 6? Does the chemical buildup to an acid or something?

Stupid question, but I'm on coat 5 and its addictive.

You can put on as many as you want. I think you need a layer of Z1 for every 10 coats of Z2/Z5.

I know guys with over 40 coats and some with over 100.

You're fine, just use the Z1 every 8-10 coats of Z2/5 or every year.

I just got back from doing a Z5 coat today. Washing (really dirty car) and zainoing including drying time only took me about an hour and a half, but most of that time was washing I had to wash it twice it was really bad.

It never ceases to amaze me...

Shizon is right. Sal told me after every 10 coats to put Z1 back on, and you don't need to wash with dawn. Dogman, please use another avatar, cause I get real nauseous when I see that one!

Ever hear of the straw, the camel's back, etc? I think Zaino's kinda like that. The sixth coat causes some kind of temporal flux and the whole surface of the car goes super nova or something and you simply can no longer look at it without being turned to stone (or was that salt?).
Rick, stop insulting DoGMaN's mom-in-law like that.

Excellent, can't wait to put another coat.

I'll have to do another coat of Z1 really soon, oooh 2 coats of stuff in one day. Dare to dream.

Now the next question is, I have some damn tar blobs on the fenders now. I must remove them before I re-zaino. If I use something like a tar remover, will it strip the Zaino off and will I have to re-claybar and z1?

As for the avatar...ain't she a happy beast?

I just received my Zaino shipment a few minutes ago. I noticed that the Show Car Wash Concentrate can be used undiluted to get tar and bugs off. Try it and let us know if it works.

I tried the show car wash in such a fashion 3 times already, and it did a great job on all the big noticeable bits.

The small little buggers aren't coming off, I have tried to elbow grease it a bit, but I'm afraid of doing damage that way.

I was driving last week again figuring that the workers in my area were either done for the year patching or drunk..or both.

NO I drove along a side road that's been repaired for a while, and there they are patching again..over a hill. So I have no choice at this point but to drive through. All they saw was a yellow streak screaming obscenities.

I know its their job, but damnit they should check to make sure I'm not using the road that day....right.

You can use either bug and tar remover or just clay those certain spots out while washing the car using the car wash in your bucket as the lubricant. Just make sure you're using clean water on a clean surface. Neither will remove the Zaino.
