it was 95 a couple of days ago in s fl. it's like 91 today.

I admit to polishing in the afternoon, but in my garage. I have polished cars for 30+ years and never had this problem.

I guess it is telling me that it is too hot to be outside on a day like today.

It was 100+.

A lot of people add some OPT in there so either stop dusting or to prevent the polish from flashing too quick

sounds like me painting my stockies took like 8hrs with all proper steps.... sanding/selfetching paint/paint coats/clear.... went to clear it thinking O MAN IM ALMOST DONE!!!! and i was to stupid to realize with like 89 humidity the clear came on white cuz the mositure was stuck behind the clear..... i ran to my basement wit the wheels and turned the A C on like 60... sure enough bout hour of drying it went away
