Default Is Armorall ok on our dash?

I put some generic cheap armorall all over my car today but it made the dash look a little splochy. Just wondering if Armorall is ok for the dash or if not, what protectant should I go get?

Forget Armor All. Get 303 Aerospace protectant. Low sheen with UV protectors. Perfect for the interior, the top, the tires, and even the leather in between conditionings to provide UV protection. I got mine from Autopia.com

Armorall is crap. You are better off smearing used motor oil on your car.

303 Protectant!

I would never buy Armorall. I used that stuff a long time ago and were totally turned off. That stuff is nasty in my opinion.

This distrust and "hate on" for ArmouAll goes back to the age of dinosaurs and evolutionary "ooze".
First off, your biggest mistake was using "normal" ArmourAll. I've been using the LOW GLOSS ArmourAll since I first got my S2000 on all the interior surfaces (except for the leather parts) with absolutely no issues. I've even use the low gloss stuff on the soft top and I've also use 303 on it. There is NO difference in the way these work. I don't use anything on the tires except for the same carwash soap I use to clean the rest of the car. Protectants can run if used on tires and this gets onto the tread where you may get surprised until you wear it off. If you must do something with the sidewalls of the tires, use tire dressing. It's made for this purpose and tends to "leach" much less, so the risk of tread infiltration is much reduced.

Remember that guy on the lexus forums that put tire dressing on the tread of his tires? He was like, "It looked so good that I put it on the whole tire to make the whole thing shine".
Oh well, here's a link

i bought a set of rims and tires of of ebay a few years back and when i received them the tires were covered in dressing. they were for an integra, the first corner i took my back end was swinging around luckily i didn't hit anything. what a fool to wreck his car by putting that stuff all over his tires.

Not only that, but there's a warning on the bottle, and you know why...because some time in the past, some NUT said to his wife, "Honey, I'm gonna see if this stuff's good for traction".
