What pad/polish combo did you finish with?

What pads and products did you use with the PC? Also, how long were you working each section of the paint? FYI, you would have to try REALLY hard to burn through the clearcoat with a PC...

yup, pics would help...

also need to know what products you used-

most likely is clouding from a more aggressive polish- if it is, that can be cured by stepping down - maybe to a swirl remover.
but we should be able to help when we get the info requested in this reply and those above mine.

Alternatively, you can cloud the paint by not working the polish properly.

I used this exact package http://www.autogeek.net/pitwpocaspof.html with klasse sealant. I worked the polish in until it was broken down. As for pics i can try to snap a few but it would probably be very hard to see in a photo, its very minor.

Fine pad and polish will clear it right up. I detailed a Berlina today and I had to work the hell out of the clearcoat. It was beautiful once it was done - looked like a brand new car

And then you used Klasse SG on top of the finishing polish, correct? I bet you applied it too thick, SG is really finicky and lots of people complain about a cloudiness or haziness to the car's finish with a bad application of SG. I've seen people get the same results with Zaino when it's not perfectly applied in very thin layers. I bet if you hit the car again with a gray pad and the finishing polish the finish with clear up.

thats pretty much what happened. I put it on thick, realized it dried streaky...waited a day then put a layer of mothers wax over it.
