I've heard of a kit called something like Simonyz to wash the exterior. It's one of those powered spinning brushes and you can add the cleaner formula in a container so you can wash while you clean germs.

Dr Jekyll, make sure to clean off any bugs or tar with a pot scrubber first.

But on the Simonyz commercial, it said the brush was made of something I forgot that doesn't damage the car.

The "best" is really a matter of personal opinion, do you want to use a caranuba or synthetic? Are you looking for max shine, protection, depth? How often do you want to wax. Is your car garaged - at night, during the day?

You might want to check out www.autopia-carport.com and do a few searches

I'd strongly recommend the personal touch & go with all hand- applied materials and the use of 100% cotton applicators, drying cloths, etc. The best product line I've ever found are those made by Zaino -- you can check out many leads using a "Zaino" search to their natural, good-smelling, UV protectant goodies for the interior & exterior of your great new machine. Good luck, & enjoy!
