Default Bringing back the shine to clearcoat

OK, so here goes. I didnt know where to post this, but I figured if anyone knew, you guys would.

I painted a couple small parts I ordered that came in (Chargespeed rear fins). They came out really good, I put 2 coats of color, and 2 coats of clear, except the finish felt kinda like orange peel texture. Anyway, I wet sanded them with 1000 grit sandpaper and waxed them by hand but I cant get the shine back.

I'm thinking I know the answer to this question which is that I need a buffer to polish them up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes, you are exactly right...
its a polish solution for your problem.
prob a fine cut followed by a swirl remover will remove your haze and give you back your new paint look.

be sure to spend lotsa time reading and watching our how to section on polishing first- or post up in your local forum that you will supply products and refreshments if someone will supply the machine and know how... trust me, this one works!!

No wonder. You can't stop at 1000 grit sandpaper. It will take you forever to buff that out. Most stores sell 2000 and 2500 grit . Start with that then use a buffer.
