Default Buffing while in storage

I just put my S away for the winter and i wanted to buy a UDM and start getting some of the swirls out of my paint. My concern is dust and things that might settle on the paint while it's parked. Should i wait until spring to do this or would it be ok to buff a car that has been sitting in a shop?

P.S. Might be a dumb question but i'm paranoid.

I would just wipe down the panel with some QD before you start buffing.

You should maybe even consider investing in a car cover. I have the OEM one and absolutely love it! Plus, it makes the car look extra cool lol.
