Bug & Tar Remover
You know; I dont think this is the best way to do it, but I washed my dad's infinity I30 after a road trip (it had bugs all over).
Used normal dawn soap and then just claybar'd the car since I was going to do zaino anyways. Results were amazing IMO.

Note: My car is Zainoed and it has the 3M film on the frontal surfaces.
For bugs, I just connect my garden hose to my basement faucet so that I can use warm/hot water to hose the car down. Much of the bug guts comes off with this alone. Then I use Zaino car wash in warm/hot water and give the buggy areas a "sponge" bath (with wash mit of course). I don't rinse this off and just continue to wash another section of the car, go back and rinse, repeat as necessary. By the time I finish the whole car, 99% of the bugs are gone.
For tar, I use Zaino Z1 to get the tar off, then finish off with Z2 or Z5 but only on that previously tarred area.
Anytime WD-40 or bug and tar remover is used, it is wise to wax/polish over that area as these will take off most waxes/polishes. (Not sure about Zaino. It might be able to take it.)
If I'm on a meet/drive, I'll use Windex and paper towels. You might want to use something other than paper towels if you don't have the 3M film. Another owner here does not have the film and uses paper towels anyway on his black car and it seems to work well. Just don't rub too hard and use lots of Windex.

Meguires Bug and Tar Remover...
. Seemed to get off the light bugs but anything that whacked with any force, or was on the car for any period of time, stuck like glue. I had better luck taking my 100% cotton towel, wetting it and scrubbing the bugs off.

I buy Meguiar's No. 34 Final Inspection by the gallon - it's cheaper that way. Just mist it on and let the bugs soften and the wipe off with a Microfiber towel. Sometimes it takes 2 applications of detailing spray to remove all of the bugs.
It takes just a few minutes to mist the whole car and wipe off with a clean MF towel.
It very easy to do and the car looks great. So much faster then washing. My S2000 gets a bath aboth about every 4 - 6 weeks.

What does that do to the paint?
