Thumbs down Burned my headlight :(

I was trying my new dremmel out and wanted to buff one area in my headlight so I did it and though, wow this polish isnt coming off, then I realized I burned the plastic in several spots. I polished with my Porte Cable but it is still there. Up close it looks like there is small spider cracks in the burns, whats up with that?

Can I buy a sander attachment for my Porter cable and sand down until the burn is gone?

Thanks fellas

your gonna have to do a lot of sanding, because a dremel will burn the headlight VERY fast and probably pretty deep since you were trying to polish. post pics of the damage

agree- this prob wont be an easy fix... but since our headligts are so expensive, it is worth giving it a good try
