CA waterblade users?
From further research I have read that the CA water blade actually uses a silicone based blade that will not scratch or haze the paint. Is there anyone else out there that uses this tool to dry their cars with?? I just seem kind of skeptical about using a squeege type tool to dry my car with .
several of us do...
tips:
1. never let it touch the ground
2. always rinse it before using
3. after rinsing, feel the blade- any roughness must be corrected, or trash it
4. remove water by wide sweeps across the car as the air flows over it while you are driving- not looking for perfection, just trying to remove a large amount of water
5. follow up with a big blue type drying towel
6. sometimes i also use a leaf blower with the blade- especially on larger cars- the blower is good at getting water outta cracks and crevices
the blade will reduce the amount of time it takes to dry the car... again this is more noticeable on larger cars

Ubetit, whats the waterfall method?
im guessing the water fall method is just keep the car properly waxed and water will bead and just drip off the car.
i used to think i took to long and let one side dry up. but it just runs off.
haha
but in sunlight i can see the blade working better. since u gotta act quick

i use the waterblade. you must just be careful to keep the blade part clean and the plastic handle part away from the body to prevent any scratches. it's great for getting a majority of the water off. just touch up the rest with your standard drying cloth.
