chances are there is still too much water or air pressure for your top.
also they use pretty crummy rags for the wipe down.
pretty much guaranteed swirls.
finally, i have answered too many messages about damaged wheels from the tracks that they use...
other choices:
those wand type washes- just keep the wand a good distance from the car, and go early in the morning when they are not crowded so you can do most of your drying in the shade.
or
my fav- post up in your local club asking for someone who has a house with a hose... you supply all detail products and they supply the water. win/win and a great way to make a new friend!
