Default Car got deep keyed

Hey Everyone,

My sister car got keyed today while going to shopping. They keyed it pretty bad and can see the primer. I was wondering if anyone know how to fix this using the PC since I owned one with some detail pads?

Should I use touch up paint first then try to buff it out with the wool pads? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Eh if you don't know what you are doing, that probably isn't a DIY job... Do you have a picture of it?
