Yeah, that top looks like new. No amount of 303 would make my top look like that. Mine shows wear marks from having spent so much time in the down position.

Mine has wear marks too
Here's the 303 web site: http://www.303products.com/main.php
I think www.performance products has the cleaner. Not sure. I doubt that Ace Hardware or boat stores do. Here is why. I have never had the need for the cleaner. Medium strong mix car wash soap and a medium hard bristle brush have taken care of my dirtiest vinyl, and made it ready for the 303 aerospace protectant. In fact, the 303 protectant has some cleaning qualities as well. Now here is how to apply it to your top. Get some 1" thick foam rubber sheeting from a fabric store. Cut a 4" square pad. Spray the 303 on the pad and a bit on the top. Find the diagonal "grain" of the vinyl, and rub the 303 on with the grain. There will be some "whitish" areas. Forget about them, and leave overnight. They will be gone.
If your top is so faced that this 303 "soak in" application won't take it back to black, you need to be looking at some dye or something. But, this usually does the trick. But don't give up till you have tried it. 303 soaks in to the vinyl, and you will be surprised how many "whitish" wear marks will be gone with use of it.
Thanks,
Richard
