cleaning the area behind headrests.. HOW?

anybody have any tips on this.. i have collected some dust back there and find it hard to get my arms in even with the roof semi open.. help!!

its not easy as you know-
try moving the seats all the way forward- no matter what you gotta be a contortionist!

well, im no good at cleaning and i can't contort. lol
tough one i guesse..
the thing is, i can spend hours cleaning/detailing and its never clean enough for me!

still would;nt have it any other way
