OK this sounds stupid, but does anyone have a secret for cleaning the other windows without leaving streaks. I've tried the usual glass cleaners with little or no success. Always seem to have streaks and fogged spots the next day.

As stupid as it sounds, I use crumpled newspaper to dry the window after misting with a good window cleaner. Don't know why, but it never streaks!

I agree, newspaper is the easiest, cheapest, and best way to prevent streaks.

Thanks, I was thinking of trying that, but I wanted to hear what the members of this board use. I'll steal the paper from the groundhog when he comes out to see his shadow.

That's the thing that I couldn't stand about the bums in Milwaukee and in Chicago. They'd come up to your car at a stoplight to wash the windows for a tip. They'd use newspaper, I always worried about the paper and its abrasive feel, I thought that it may leave little scuff marks in my windows.

Next time, I may just tip a little bit more now knowing what I know.

I thought it was a "wives tale" at first, but newspapers work great on glass.

I tried it today. Worked great. I've used it on the mirrors inside the house, but I wasn't sure about the S2ook.

For a great window cleaner, check out Griot's Haze Free Window cleaner.(Item # 11108; 35 oz/ for $5.95 + s/h). I know, I sound like their PR department, but I'm not.
I use it on my S2k along with a clean cotton towell or their lint free towels. Their products are good.

Check out Invisible Glass by Stoner. It comes in a pressurized spray can and kinda foams a little when it hits the glass. Best stuff I've ever used. I just wipe it off with an old sock and it works great. I found it at Pep Boys, but you can get it over the net too.
