Cleaning the visors
I was just wondering how everyone cleans their visors. I got all this dust and crap on them from sitting in the garage. It looks like a lint roller might work, but I haven't tried it yet. I've just been scraping stuff off of them with my hands, but it's pretty tedious.
I usually just wet my fingers and stroke across the surface of the visor, or sometimes I'll use a small suede brush.
The visors will also gets a lot less lint on them if you remember to fold them down before you put on the car cover. The lining of the Honda cover seems to shed a lot of lint.

After dealing with the damn lint for a while I just took mine off. Car lines look cleaner with the top down without the visors sticking out. Sunglasses and a baseball hat are all the sun protection I need. 2 screws and 2 minutes and you are free. Save weight too!

It is 15 minutes (or less) before the sun goes below the horizon
There are no clouds in the distance
You are driving due west
You are a midget
You enjoy looking at a letterbox view of the road
You can guarantee that for the rest of the time, the sun will either be just above the windshield, or just far enough off to the side that the visor will be useless.

Anyone had a problem with their interior light not working after removing the visors? On my car, it made the plastic trim loose, which made my interior light flicker or not work at all. I had to put my visors back on.
