Default Clear Bra

Hi,

I'm getting a Clear Bra soon, and have two choices:

http://www.scope-auto.com.au/auto_pinstriping.htm

Note the section on paint protection film. Don't judge them based on their website, I've met them and they seem pretty professional. They use the 3M Film as described here:

http://motortrend.com/features/care/..._cc/index.html

My second choice is:

http://www.stonegard.com.au/main5.html

I don't know the exact type of film they use except it's not 3M. They mentioned it did not have the clear coat that the 3M film has.

My question is, if you had two types of film to choose from, what would you look for? Thickness? Shine? Orange peel effect? How "invisible" it is?

If you've got a clear bra, I assume it's the 3M brand - are you happy with it? I heard it can create orange peel. Is there anything about it you don't like?

Sorry for the nebulous questions, I'm just trying to get a sense of what I should look for as I compare my two options.

Thanks!
