Default Dashboard Cleaners

Sup Fellas

I clean my dash with Meguirar's Gold Classic leather cleaner... I just found out I have Meguiar's natural shine vinyl and rubber protectant has anyone used this product? BTW it's pretty old.

I use armor-all cleaner, and then armor-all protector, and it's kinda.... wet afterwards, so I dry it off. If you leave it on, it leaves a really...... fake look to it. IMO. I also used the Meguiars Leather wipes, but the dash isn't leather...

Sonus has a really good product that leaves a matte (non glossy) finish.
I also use the Sonus dust repellent with it and it works very well.

Good luck

I'll chime in in regards to Meguiar's Natural Shine Protectant. I have the blue interior, and after using this product it does make the blue look a little more deep, while at the same time keeping the surface with a fairly matte look rather than making it shiny, which IMO I like. It has a quite pleasing smell to it as well, so that's another plus!

I'm not sure how effective your spray bottle will be since you mentioned it's quite old, but give it a try! I also suggest to dust off the dashboard as much as you can and then use some vinyl cleaner before the protectant.

I use Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer and then often follow it with 303. For tight spots, I will sometimes use Poorboy's Leather stuff on the dash as it is a gel and I can easily control where it goes.

My problem is finding something that doesnt feel over wet, or greasey afterwards.

I've used Black Magic Interior Detailing Wipes, Armor-all Cleaner wipes, Armor-all Protectant Wipes, and Just bought Meguiars Quick interior detailing wipes (Didn't want to get the mist.... kinda scares me cause I'll probably get it all over my electrical (That is pretty much only my radio) and mess it up)

I usually apply it, let it sit for 5-10 mins, and then go back and buff the surface afterwards, seems to give it a nice look. Just reinstalled windows so I have to find my Sony Ericsson CD so I can upload pictures from my phone
