Default Do I polish 2 much?

I want to polish my car, but I polished it about 2 months or less ago and dont want to screw it up.
I used Sonus swirl remover/polish with a PC. I plan to Wash, Clay, wash, polish, glaze, carnuba. Should I just wash, clay, wash, glaze, wax. What do you think?

you shouldnt need to polish that often, but if you have new problems then go for it-
you can polish too much, but thats usually if you use an aggressive polish (like a rubbing compound). swirl removers and paint cleaners are the least aggressive of the polishes.

When it comes to detailing your car you should always start with the least aggressive method and then move on to more aggressive methods if the less aggressive method doesn't work. You wouldn't sand blast your car if you got bird poo on it. So, I don't know why people think it's OK to clay bar their car every week. Clay bars, polishes, and pre-wax cleaners all contain abrasives. So, you're taking off the wax and possibly some clear coat every time you use them. If you polish or clay frequently you'll shorten the life of your clear coat significantly. However, you can certainly protect your paint using wax (pure wax not cleaner wax) or sealant as often as you want.
