Not really. Wax can last for a LONG time. But it really depends on how you store it. If it's been exposed for long periods to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Also, if you leave the cap open or the lid loose then the solvents which make the wax useable can evaporate.

I leave mine in the garage all year long, been through a full year of it and still works wonders.

So I guess Megs Liquid Gold Class sucks big time then... It's been inside my house with the cap closed for over a year.

I have some meguiars wax products but havent used them this summer been using my turtle wax synthetic. I can check on my Meguiars and see how its holding up.

This is the one I have but the box doesn't even look like this anymore, that's how old it is!!

I have the same stuff, if its a rock like substance and not paste just buy some more its only 10-15$

Did you shake it up really well before you used it? If you let car cleaning chemicals sit for a long time they often seperate.
