Anyone have any recommendations on the easiest way to remove the adhesive left behind from window tint when it is removed ? I will be removing it from both side windows and my hardtop, I do not want to scratch the glass or damage the rear defroster lines on the hardtop.

 

pretty much the same stuff that you use to remove adhesives from the body...
my fav is wd-40, but citrus products also are good.
be sure to mask off all areas near (an old towel and some newspapers with some masking tape will do it), cause you dont want any of these products on interiors.

 

orange solution and a razor blade

 

BUT don't use the razor on the back window - another thought is Zippo lighter fluid (don't smoke while doing this)

razor blade with soap and water works good for the sides. Goo Gone would work good for the rear window

 

lol pour zippo lighter fliud over the tint and light a match.. easyest why no more window to tint and no more tint to remove fastest way lol
