Default Engine Bay

I've been seeing a lot of people asking how to detail ur engine bay and lots of results, which inspired me to clean mine because it was really filthy!

Products Used,
Meguiar's APC+
Meguiar's Hyper Dressing
Various brushes

Can't forget to wrap the Filter on the CAI.

Results,

Please excuse the hose from vc to stock intake, will remove it soon.

Looks much better. Get a tooth brush and get the black stuff around were the head and block meet.

Looks real nice. I'm sure you'll get 5hp, just from how good it looks.

Can you comment on the rubber hoses with the Hyper Dressing. Specifically, they look 'wet' or covered in a 'film', I would be concerned that they are dirt magnets and the parts would look like crap in a few days?

Thank you. I've tried that but it just wasn't working. I might try a razor blade next time.

Thank you. Honestly I've never had dust/dirt clinging problems with the Megs HD. Reason why it looks so wet is becuz I was trigger happy

You can control the finished look by diluting it with more water. I used 2:1, some people use 4:1 and some that love the shiny finish use 1:1. Hope that helps.

Nice work Bro.

Looks great.

I use Meg's HD as well, at 4:1.

Another product like that, that's great for engine bays is 1Z vinyl & rubber dressing.
