The only place I know of that sells Hyper Dressing in a size smaller than a gallon is AutoDetailingSolutions.com. Meguiar's only makes a 1 gallon size, but ADS rebottles it into smaller sizes.

32 oz. of concentrate will last you a while, but how long that is depends on how thick you put it on and how often you apply. Personally, I spray it on my wheel wells after every wash.
