Sonus Detailing Spritz vs Carnuba Spritz
What is the difference between these products? I'm not sure which of these I need. I will have a few layers of P21S/S100 on my car. I would've assumed from the name that the Carnuba Spritz would be ideal to use as a detailer, but Autopia's Perfect Shine kit includes the Detailing Spritz instead so i'm a little confused.

Also, I currently own NTX and Mother's Detailing Spray. Will either of these be compatible/as good on top of P21S?

Klasse Sealant Glaze: To use or not to use?
Basically I want to know what the difference will be between the following scenarios:

Klasse AIO + X Layers SG + Y Layers P21S
Klasse AIO + Z Layers P21S
X+Y = Z

The sealant glaze is apparently more difficult to use, requires more time between layers, and adds $20 to the bill. Is it worth it? ....on Silverstone?

Can't finish in one day, no garage
If I don't finish applying all layers of whatever in one day, do I need to wash/dry the car again before continuing to add more layers, or is dusting sufficient?

Polishes: Menzerna vs. Sonus
Is one considered better than the other or should I just pick one?

PC Pads: Sonus SFX, DAS & CMA
Again, Is one better than the other? I'm having a hard time deciding who to buy pads from.

Some people have a problem with SG but I have never had a problem with it in the many years I have used it.

do I need to wash/dry the car again before continuing depends on how dirty it is and what stage you are on. If it's not bad and you use a california duster and do a quick detail with compatible product no problem.

Polishes are subjective as are the pads

i will try to get a couple too:

i would not put anything over p21s- at least not right after you apply it. a few weeks later you can put anything you want over it! i find that p21s as the last step gives the best shine. (edit- i just noticed that you were referring to a detailers spray... i dont use a detailers spray as my last step- but a few days later, a synthetic spray over carnuba is fine).
with your polish choice- they are both pretty good and its purely personal. if you try them both, be sure to post up your comparison! i have never done them side by side...
(and i prefer to leave your threads separate- two good topics)

btw, be sure to let any product (including p21s) cure before layering another one on top- each has differing cure times, so read the label- and if the label doesnt say, post up which product and we can give you the approx cure time (cure time is effected by temp, humidity, etc.- so all cure times are estimates).

 

So I will get the Carnuba Spritz to use on top of the P21S after it has fully cured.

Use a duster to make sure the surface is clean between layers of P21S.

Polishes and pads are subjective.

And, I'm still not sure if I should use Klasse Sealant Glaze.

New question: Pad/Applicator/Towel Quantities
What minimum quantity do I need of each of these? I am planning on using a medium and fine polish with PC followed by Klasse AIO, maybe Klasse SG, and a few coats of P21S.
Should I apply the AIO/SG with PC also?
Are Meguiar's MF towels and wool wash mits of high enough quality, or should I be buying something better?
