Default Fixing Powdercoated Lips

So I had my car in the body shop and of course it was covered in a layer of all that dust from sanding and whatever goes on in a body shop. When I got my car back I went to a DIY car wash just to spray/rinse off all the dust. I guess I didnt get the wheels completely clean as now theres cloudy water spots and marks on the lips, which are polished with a clear powdercoat Work Meisters.

It hasnt come off with regular car wash soap or Meguiers All wheel cleaner. Im sure I need something high grade but Im afraid of ruining the finish on the lips and then having to pay to get them refinished. What options do you suggest I try?

Clay bar to remove the containments. If you need to buff a bit a mild compound/polish Mequiers Scratch Out and some elbow grease should do it.

I am really hoping it's not what they used on my car. They used some "harmless" acid on the tires due to over spray or w.e got on them, it dripped all over the rims and destroyed one XD9
