Full Detailing
I own a Silverstone 2000 S2000 and feel its about time to do a full detail on my car. I have kept it fairly clean and waxed but dont have any real experience with actual detailing. I have been searching the site looking for advice but havent really found what I am looking for.
I am going to clay bar my car as well as wax, seal and go over it as best I can. Im trying to get the best finish on my car as I can. While searching I have found a lot about Z products, P21S, and Meguiars. I was wondering what people recommend for getting the best finish as possible and what works well to maintain the finish.
Also if you have any links that could be helpful that would be appreciated.
Thank you

good reading above and some at the top of our board...
if you havent done a full detail before, my hints:
1. you can do things "in steps"- detail the exterior completely one day... you can always to the interior anytime
2. when learning to protect the car, choose simple synthetics- i like finish first for beginners, but there are other good products
3. after you have applied a few coats of synthetic, apply a carnauba over it- again this can be the next time you wash the car
4. detail with a friend... you can share some supplies and the company makes the process even more enjoyable- plus you can trade ideas
5. the first step of detailing is inspection- so you know what your detailing goal is... spend plenty of time reading and posting up questions on this board
good luck and you will soon be one of us!!

Good job on confusing the guy.
That site has nothing to do with detailing.
