Default Help, can't get the old adhesive off behind OEM emblems!

I removed the emblems/badges so that I could detail behind them and reapply them only to get stuck on removing the old adhesive. I've tried Goo gone with a microfiber cloth and then moved on to a plastic putty scraper (new) but I can't get the damn stuff off...

Can someone please let me know a safe, effective way of removing this old junk?

Thanks!

Should be OK on most paints. To be sure put a little someplace where it won't show amd see what happens. If it's OK and works on the glue, you should be able to wipe it off with a cloth.

I used goo gone, heat gun, and an old gift card. Then used 3M trim tape to re-stick them once the spots were cleaned and detailed. Worked pretty well but damn did that take forever! I think I spent ~4 hours on just the two sides not even the front and rear 'H' emblems. This is a crappy pic of the finished product. Looks better in person!

I use an adhesive remover called Lift Off made by Motsenbockers, It's amazing. I bought a car with racing stripes that I peeled off. The vinyl came off and left all the adhesive behind. I tried goo gone, alcohol, heat guns etc. I was literally so mad/frustrated I almost took the car to a body shop. Luckily I found this stuff at a paint store and it is the bees knees for adhesive removal.

here are a couple that will work well.
Auto Finesse Obilitarate
Stoner's Tarminator

You should also hit the area up with a polish to clean up the hazing and marring that may occur then protect with a wax or sealant.
