i use a chrome cleaner and polish... probably any chrome polish would work-
i also wipe them out (the soot part) with the (paper) rag that i use to wash the glass once a week.

Simply give them a wash when you do the rest of your car and they'll stay looking good. There's really no need to do anything else.

Take a 10mm socket and remove them. Wash them thouroughly and use Zaino (or wax of your choice). BLING-BLING!

I use the eagle one, pure polish I think it is called. It cleans all metals. Comes in a lil silver can thing.

Steel wool works to take off any stubborn grime and will not harm the chrome polish.

I have had 2 S2000's an 01 and now a new 03 Silverstone Metalic. On both cars I used Klasse All-In-One , and the Klasse Sealant Glaze on the car and the Exhaust tips. I do them once every 6 months and they stay shinny and clean. Dirt seems to not stick to them and the stay looking polished. I have tried every thing else you can think off on the 01 and only Klasse worked.
