Default How to clean polished lip?

I have a set of LE37s on my s2k and would like to know what products I can use to bring back the shine to the polished lip? I did a search and cant seem to find a thread that answers my inquiry.

I heard that I can use wax to bring the shine back..is it safe to use these? Just dont want to harm the finish/clear coat.

TIA!

I used Brooklyn Ball Buster on my polished wheels and the stuff is amazing. Truckers use it to polish up there chrome, and it was also recommended to me by the place where I bought my Simmons wheels.

http://www.skspeed.com/ carries it.

Post a pic. There's been a lot of talk about Volk Lips. There isn't a whole lot you can do. They are clear anodized and tarnish under the coating. They need to be stripped, polished and clear coated.

If the metal is raw and without a clear coat or anodizing, then that sort of thing may work. On Volks i'm pretty sure it won't.

Thanks for the info guys...The condition of the lip is not bad at all, I just want to maintain it, and make them shine even more. Here is a pic that was taken by a member on this site. It really seems that the lip is shiny as heck, but its not that shiny...and its not dull neither.

Thanks! Yokohama ES100s. I am gonna warn you though, if your car is low and you are not running enough camber, chances are it will rub on dips when you are going over 40mph.

Im running stock height. Can't really lower it in Illinois due to speed bumps/pot holes and such. Was looking to wrap them in some Kuhmo's.
